At Bosesgreenlife LLC, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance growing mediums. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at bosesgreenlife@gmail.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as live plants or seeds), custom products, and hazardous materials. Additionally, due to the nature of our high-performance seedling mixes, we cannot accept returns on products where the original seal has been broken, as this poses a contamination risk. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards or items purchased on final sale.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get the product you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at bosesgreenlife@gmail.com.
