Origin and Craftsmanship: All Bosesgreenlife LLC high-performance mediums are hand-packed and shipped directly from our facility in La Mirada, California. As a CDFA-registered producer, we maintain the highest standards of quality and agricultural compliance.
Processing Times: We strive to process all orders within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping & Restrictions: We currently ship to the contiguous United States.

Agricultural Restrictions: Due to varying state Department of Agriculture regulations regarding the movement of organic growing media, we may be unable to ship certain products to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. Territories.

Order Cancellations: If we determine that we cannot legally ship to your specific location due to local agricultural quarantines, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a full refund.

Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
Title and Risk of Loss Once a package is transferred to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), the title to the goods and the risk of loss passes to you, the customer. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or theft occurring after the carrier has confirmed receipt of the shipment.
Local Pickup While our commercial office is located at 15068 Rosecrans Ave. PMB 192, we do not offer local pickup at this location, as it is a commercial mail facility. For local purchases, please follow our social media for announcements regarding La Mirada farmers' markets and local pop-up events.
